Shortly after completing a BA (Hons) degree in illustration, Amy won first place of Computer Arts' ‘Graduate Showcase Excellence Award’ for 2011. Within the year that followed, Amy became represented by an internationally acclaimed illustration agency whom she worked with for a number of years. Since then, her work has continued to be applied to wide range of international projects and commissions.

Amy works from her cosy home studio “up north” in Carlisle, England, with a snoozing tabby cat by her side. Her illustrations are created traditionally with graphite and watercolours, before being scanned and completed digitally. Her love for art is fuelled by her affinity for animals, nature and rich colour. She is also passionate about conservation, environmentalism and sustainability.
